We specialize in commodity trading, construction materials, minerals, fertilizers, petrochemicals, supply chain management, engineering, and food security solutions. We are seeking a talented and driven Sales Executive to join our team and help us achieve our ambitious growth objectives. Position: Sales Executive Location: Al Khuwair South, Elite Office, No. 51, Oman Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation strategies. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and objectives. Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, and effectively communicate their value to clients. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities and areas for growth. Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for the company and clients. Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the management team. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of sales processes and customer satisfaction. Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and improvement of sales techniques and strategies. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in a similar industry. Strong understanding of sales principles and practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
